Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks a Systems Engineer to act as the TTO Lead and System Engineer, collaborating with a small team of software engineers on analytics that directly support mission customers.

The position resides in the Processing & Analytic Capabilities organization, focusing on development, testing, and maintenance. DoDAF and SOA experience, rigorous documentation, and strong requirements management are essential.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
• Current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance; candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated.
• Experience with DoDAF, SOA architectures, and system requirements allocation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to system engineering documentation (e.g., System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications, Interface Control Documents).
• Manage system requirements and derived requirements for production systems aligned with DoDAF/SOA.
• Coordinate resolution of action items from CCB meetings and design/test reviews.
• Develop system design solutions that satisfy the system requirements.
• Interface definition and life-cycle configuration changes across groups and teams.
• Allocate real-time process budgets and subsystem budgets.
