Job summary

CACI International Inc in Colorado is seeking a Software Product Owner to lead strategic execution of the team, own scope decisions, and coordinate with engineering leadership to manage the release. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and a strong technical and product management background.

You will decompose features, ensure DoR/DoD, groom the backlog, and guide sprint operations while validating delivered code against mission intent.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance required.
• 7+ years in STEM plus degree, or 5+ years with Master's.
• 3+ years as Technical Product Owner or Team Lead in Agile.
• Ability to brief technical and nontechnical audiences and present system designs.

Responsibilities

• Feature decomposition and technical mapping with engineers.
• Provide technical tissue for stories, including API contracts and data flow.
• Own and groom backlog; ensure DoR/DoD before sprint hits.
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with engineering.
• Validate delivered features against mission intent and original scope.
