Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Decompose capabilities into discrete features with API contracts and data flow context.
• Own and groom the backlog; ensure DoR/DoD standards before sprints.
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; clear blockers with leadership.
• Validate that delivered code meets mission intent and original feature decomposition.
