Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Service Desk System Administrator to support a Department of War customer. You will enhance system performance, optimize service delivery, and elevate the customer experience in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Required: High School Diploma, 3+ years experience, 8570 Security+ certification and TS/SCI clearance. Responsibilities include documenting SOPs, deploying software, imaging desktops, and supporting multiple users

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 3+ years of experience required
• 8570 compliant (Security+) certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I support for DoW user base
• Create a knowledge base, SOPs, and documentation to resolve customer challenges
• Image desktops and thin clients and deploy software across locations
• Assist in network troubleshooting and system maintenance
