Job summary

ChenegaNaswikInternational, LLC is seeking a dependable Security Control Center Operator to support Missile Defense Agency security operations. You will monitor security systems, coordinate emergency communications, and assist incident response to protect personnel, facilities, and resources.

The role requires alertness, customer focus, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while supporting mission-critical security operations and government facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of six months alarm monitoring experience or one year in access control/security operations.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications required.
• English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor integrated electronic security systems and serve as the primary communications point for security and emergency operations.
• Coordinate response activities for security incidents, emergencies, and alarm activations.
• Dispatch security personnel and resources to incident locations as required.
• Maintain situational awareness of on-duty personnel and operational activities.
• Monitor CCTV, intrusion detection, and access control systems.
• Communicate security, medical, fire, and emergency information to appropriate personnel and agencies.
• Support emergency response operations and assist first responders as directed.
• Maintain accurate operational logs, records, and incident documentation.
• Develop attendance rosters, activity reports, and after-action documentation for special events as required.
• Provide professional customer service while interacting with employees, contractors, visitors, and government personnel.
• Support compliance with established security procedures, operational requirements, and emergency response protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
