Qualifications

• Minimum six years of management experience in security or related field.
• Eight years in security/operational environments with six as supervisor.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Experience with DoD or federal government security contracts preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for security personnel assigned to daily operational activities.
• Oversee access control, visitor management, alarm response, dispatch operations, and circulation enforcement functions.
• Ensure all security activities are conducted in compliance with contract requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers and site leadership to support contract performance and mission objectives.
• Supervise Security Control Center activities and monitor operational effectiveness.
• Provide first response and initial assessment during medical, fire, security, and emergency situations.
