Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of alarm monitoring experience or 1 year in security operations.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications required.
• Must read/write/speak English and follow written procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor integrated electronic security systems and act as primary communications for security and emergencies.
• Coordinate response activities for incidents, emergencies, and alarm activations.
• Dispatch security personnel and resources to incident locations.
• Maintain situational awareness of on-duty personnel and activities.
• Monitor CCTV, intrusion detection, and access control systems.
• Communicate security, medical, fire, and emergency information to relevant personnel.
• Support emergency response operations and assist first responders.
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and incident documentation.
• Prepare attendance rosters, activity reports, and after-action documentation for events.
• Provide professional customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and government personnel.
• Support compliance with security procedures and emergency protocols.
