Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead health, safety and environmental programs for mission-critical facilities in Tulsa. You will develop policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a proactive safety culture for data centers and commercial projects.

The role includes managing day-to-day safety operations, delivering training, conducting inspections and leading incident investigations with root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive safety experience in mission-critical or high-availability environments.
• Experience with data centers and/or commercial construction projects.
• Experience collaborating with Safety Directors, EHS Managers, Safety Coordinators, Superintendents and Safety Supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of site-specific and enterprise-wide safety programs for mission-critical facilities (data centers, commercial projects).
• Manage day-to-day safety operations, including hazard identification, risk assessments, JHAs, and safety planning for construction and maintenance activities.
• Serve as the primary safety point of contact for operations, construction teams, contractors and clients; provide guidance to superintendents and safety staff.
• Develop, deliver and track safety training and toolbox talks; ensure competencies and certifications are maintained.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits and observations; document findings, enforce corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses; prepare reports and drive corrective actions.
