Job summary

TekSKY seeks an experienced Safety / EHS Supervisor to oversee safety operations for mission-critical and data center construction projects in Muskogee, OK. The role emphasizes leading daily safety activities, OSHA compliance, and safety culture.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections and trainings, managing subcontractor safety, and coordinating with PMs and superintendents to ensure a secure jobsite. NFPA 70E/LOTO and CHST/ASP/CSP are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• Construction safety/EHS experience preferred.
• Strong OSHA knowledge and construction safety experience.
• Mission-critical/data center experience preferred.
• NFPA 70E and LOTO experience preferred.
• OSHA 30; CHST, ASP, or CSP preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily jobsite safety and EHS activities.
• Conduct inspections, audits, JHAs, toolbox talks, and safety training.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements.
• Manage subcontractor safety and corrective actions.
• Support MEP, electrical, commissioning, energization, and LOTO activities.
• Investigate incidents and maintain safety documentation.
• Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to maintain a strong safety culture.
