IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical is seeking a Recruiter to fill craft and leadership roles across our electrical operations. The role emphasizes relationship-building and the ability to manage multiple priorities with support from management and HR.

The position offers base salary plus performance-based incentive compensation and is hybrid/remote eligible, reflecting our flexible approach to recruiting across diverse projects and locations. Travel is quarterly as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience filling electrical mission critical data center roles.
• 2+ years using ATS applicant tracking/recruiting software (Icims preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, internet job boards, and knowledge of employment laws.
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions related to recruiting to fill electrical mission critical and industrial roles.
• Learn and ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.
• Develops and implements open requisition and pipeline recruiting activities with HR & management to staff projects.
• Effectively utilize ATS and online resources to post jobs externally.
• Maintain timely ATS updates and candidate statuses in line with company policies.
• Assist in communicating internal job postings and employee referral programs.
• Represent the organization in building relationships with local organizations for community involvement.
• Travel as required (quarterly/as needed).
• Completion of additional duties as assigned.
