Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Mission Critical Customer Quality Engineer to deliver exceptional customer support and drive proactive quality management for key accounts. You will ensure satisfaction, lead root cause analysis, and collaborate across functions to improve product performance.

The role requires a engineering degree and 3+ years in quality/manufacturing with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean experience. Hybrid onsite work in Colorado with a strong focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years in Quality/Manufacturing Engineering with customer-specific focus preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean practices and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of CTQ elements to guide the customer experience.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions across functions.
• Support KPI reporting, quality audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supplier quality efforts.
• Communicate findings and improvements to internal/external customers.
