Job summary

Rogers-O'Brien Construction seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead QC/QA programs on mission critical projects, including data centers and large civil/MEP scopes. You will develop quality standards, manage field inspections, and drive adherence to project quality requirements.

The role requires 7+ years in construction with 3+ years in QC-related leadership, a bachelor’s degree in construction-related field, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in construction with 3+ years in QC-related leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Project Quality Plan.
• Lead team of Quality Managers and Project Engineers responsible for field inspections of delivered material and installation across all construction scopes.
• Lead and Manage Trade Partners and 3rd Party Testing Agencies to ensure adherence to the Project Quality Control Plan.
• Facilitate Quality Meetings to review open quality issues and anticipate upcoming work.
• Interface with Owner QC Representative to track quality metrics and ensure adherence to owner's Quality Control Requirements.
• Manage and track construction deficiencies from identification through resolution, maintaining a live deficiency log.
