Job summary

Rogers-O'Brien Construction is seeking a Quality Project Manager to lead and implement a comprehensive QA/QC framework across our projects. You will report to the Quality Senior Project Manager and champion quality improvements with on-site and office teams, applying innovative tools to drive consistency and excellence.

This role requires 5+ years in on-site construction, strong leadership, and ability to travel 2-3 times per month within Texas.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of QA/QC plans to ensure consistent project quality.
• Provide strong leadership in managing QA/QC policies and continuous improvement.
• Champion quality initiatives, checklists, and inspection photo processes.
• Track warranty work to inform future QA improvements.
• Collaborate with VDC to champion CPP processes.
• Lead CPP process development and continuous improvement aligned with quality objectives.
• Communicate with owners and design teams to align quality standards.
• Mentor Quality Managers and early career Superintendents.
• Train teams on quality initiatives and best practices.
• Continuously improve QA/QC processes to adapt to challenges and opportunities.
