Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Project Scheduler at NASA Ames Research Center, Mountain View, CA. You will develop and maintain integrated master schedules, coordinate with project managers and technical staff, and track milestones and deliverables.

Responsibilities include schedule development, data analysis, and progress reporting. Strong MS Project skills and attention to detail are essential; some travel to support mission partners may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires project scheduling knowledge and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project and critical path analysis.
• Demonstrates ability to adapt to deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Detail oriented, organized, with strong time management skills.
• Able to present data to diverse audiences of project staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Create detailed integrated master schedules using WBS.
• Ingest schedules from internal and external elements.
• Perform schedule analysis on linking, logic and Critical Path.
• Produce schedule reports for critical path and milestones.
• Forecast, track performance, and provide insights with PMs and staff.
• Identify and deconflict tasks, deliverables and impacts.
• Prepare monthly, annual, and milestone schedule assessments.
• Interface with government, contractors, and mission partners for updates.
• Some travel may be required to support missions.
