Job summary

CesiumAstro, a developer of satellite communication systems, seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to manage multiple fast-paced projects in a startup-like environment.

You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to build and maintain MS Project schedules, integrate cost and schedule data, and provide regular status reports to leadership. Strong EV/ SPI/CPI experience and a background in spacecraft development are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of directly related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting spacecraft development.
• Experience with Scheduling and Financial management of projects.
• Experience with earned value, SPI/CPI measures.
• Proficiency with MS Project (Resource Management) and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information.

Responsibilities

• Work with Subject Matter Experts to create/update MS Project schedules.
• Provide scheduling support to assigned programs and operations
• Develop/maintain consistency to programs enabling cost/schedule integration and earned value consistent with existing Work Breakdown Structure.
• Support the development of the reporting format, scheduling protocols, processes, techniques and software selection.
• Support new business in proposals, monitor and maintenance of schedule performance and participate in schedule margin management.
• Provide regular status reports to Program Management and Engineering leadership.
