• Minimum 10 years in project management with 5–7 years in mission‑critical leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to relocate for project assignments; travel required.
• Experience leading large, mission‑critical construction programs in the Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for planning, construction, commissioning, and closeout of large projects.
• Own project outcomes, drive accountability, and align client and organizational priorities.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance for assigned projects.
• Develop and mentor project leaders, strengthen client relationships, and manage risk.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and ensure consistent, repeatable project delivery practices.
