Responsibilities

• Manage, train and evaluate Project Coordinator subordinates and make recommendations to Site/Project Manager.
• Maintain communication and documentation between office and field.
• Monitor project costs and ensure maximum return on cost.
• Create and monitor cost, productivity, and schedule programs with Site/Project Manager.
• Prepare committed cost reports and assist with monthly projections.
• Review contracts and project documents to ensure compliance.
