Job summary

ABSC in Bethesda, MD is seeking a TS/SCI-cleared Product Owner to lead an Agile team delivering mission software for the DIA-NDOC under the DTP contract. You will own the product backlog and work with Government leads, engineers, and release trains to turn roadmaps into delivered capabilities.

The role requires strong scrum leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of turning requirements into actionable backlog items. Onsite work with occasional remote flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph.
• Experience as Product Owner or agile team leader on software projects.
• Ability to break complex problems into actionable steps and manage backlogs.
• Strong written and verbal communication across Government and contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the team’s backlog and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Decompose roadmaps into epics, features, and user stories for sprints.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and ensure sound engineering practices.
• Communicate priorities, risks, and delivered value to Government stakeholders.
