Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) is seeking a TS/SCI-cleared Production Product Owner and Scrum Master to lead Agile execution for the DIA-NDOC D3P modernization under the DTP contract. Most work is onsite at the customer location in Bethesda, MD with some flexibility for remote work based on deliverables.

You will manage the Production Team backlog, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and coach teams on SAFe practices to ensure continuous delivery and data-quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Experience managing a production backlog including incidents, defects, and debt.
• Ability to translate needs into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Proven facilitation of Agile/SAFe ceremonies and cross-team discussions.
• Strong communication with government and contractor stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Production Team backlog for sustainment and security.
• Translate incidents into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Balance production support with preventive maintenance and reliability.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrums, and PI planning.
• Track incidents, defects, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate data-quality intake, validation, prioritization, and remediation.
• Manage dependencies across Production, Platform, CI/CD, and cybersecurity.
• Remove impediments and escalate risks as needed.
• Coach teams on Agile, SAFe, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate status, priorities, and risks to stakeholders.
