Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Project Manager to unite engineering teams, mission stakeholders, and partners to shape resilient remote-sensing programs for national security. You will coordinate testing, evaluation, and verification activities while identifying risks and ensuring timely delivery of capabilities.

The role requires DoD process experience, 4+ years in project management, and a Secret clearance, with on-site work 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with project management.
• 4+ years of experience in DoD acquisition planning, project management, and business operations.
• Experience managing programmatic risk including cost, schedule, and performance.
• Experience with DoD 5000.02 acquisition directives.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, computer science, or technical discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing, analysis, evaluation, validation, and verification activities.
• Turn complex requirements into operational capabilities with cross-functional teams.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders and external customers to align goals and timelines.
• Manage risks and mitigation plans to keep programs on schedule and within budget.
