Job summary

Vantor is advancing space sensing and remote sensing capabilities for defense applications. The role focuses on testing, analysis, verification, and validation of complex space and ground software/hardware systems, ensuring readiness for operational testing and certification per DoD processes.

You will lead DT&E activities, coordinate with government agencies, primes, and testing teams, and guide technical decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a technology field required.
• 10+ years of experience in test and evaluation, verification, or system integration on Major Defense Acquisition Programs.
• 5+ years supporting Government DT&E programs as part of the Lead Development Test Organization (LDTO).
• Experience planning, executing, and reporting DT&E activities per AFI 99-103, including test procedures and artifacts IAW AFMAN 63-119.
• Experience executing tests, data analysis, and generation of test reports with findings and recommendations.
• Experience developing TEMPs, STPs, RVPs, and RVRs.
• Experience conducting system-of-systems tests for space-to-ground or cross-segment integration; leading ITTs, DRBs, MIPRBs, and technical meetings.
• Ability to decompose system requirements, allocate to testable elements, and conduct TRRs.
• Ability to communicate with government clients and contractors; knowledge of IEEE 15288.1/2.
