Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Production Associate, Pan Sub-Assembly in Switchboard at Mission Critical on 1st Shift in Sumter, SC. You will select and install components per drawings, work with a team, and contribute to on-time order fulfillment while upholding quality standards.

The role emphasizes reading diagrams, using hand tools, and adhering to safety and Lean practices in a fast-paced environment. Eligible for a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within the Sumter, SC area (50 mile radius).

Responsibilities

• Assemble switchboards/panels from drawings/blueprints and verify quality.
• Read front views, drawings, BOMs and pick sheets to complete assemblies.
• Use hand tools to install components and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet production deadlines and productivity goals.
