Job summary

Dynalectric Arizona in Mesa, AZ seeks a Director of Operations - Mission Critical to lead the division, managing projects from $5M to $80M with 15–30 staff and ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery of electrical and telecom systems.

You will oversee estimating, bids, staffing, WIP processes, and cost control, coordinate with PMs, subs, and executive leadership, uphold Dynalectric safety standards, and drive growth in the mission critical market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• 10 years of estimating experience in the electrical industry.
• BSc/BA in construction management or related discipline preferred.
• Proficiency with estimating software - Accubid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead mission-critical projects with budgets $5M–$80M and teams of 15–30.
• Plan, staff, and supervise division activities, including personnel administration and performance management.
• Oversee estimates, bids, contract review, and bid analysis with AZDM; manage backlog and markups.
• Guide WIP reporting and coordinate with PMs to assess information and performance.
