Job summary

Dynalectric Arizona seeks a Field Training and Workforce Development Manager in Mesa, AZ to lead the design, delivery, and management of training and workforce initiatives that support field supervision and craft professionals.

You will coordinate onboarding, evaluate competencies, partner with HR, safety, and union training bodies, and oversee hands-on programs, CE/CW modules, and certification pathways, while traveling to other Dynalectric locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workforce development, training, and field operations within the electrical construction industry.
• Minimum 10 years of General Foreman or higher experience.
• Active electrical license or apprenticeship certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and implementing training programs and curriculum.
• Strong understanding of NEC (NFPA 70) and industry safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and workforce development initiatives for AZ.
• Coordinate with Division Manager and Field Operations to define training goals and field leadership curricula.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, and union training bodies to align recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Track training records, certifications, union status, and current assignments.
• Oversee CE/CW bootcamp, CE evaluations, and JW training modules; develop curriculum for CW craft certifications.
• Foster relationships with IBEW, NECA, JATC, and external training partners; support safety programs.
