Job summary

Wyetech, LLC is seeking an experienced Network Engineer (Level 2) to design, configure, deploy, and sustain mission-critical networking infrastructure for two customers. The role combines lab testing with fielding at remote sites while supporting operations at NBP 320 in Columbia, MD.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Cisco and Arista experience, experience with firewalls and cryptographic devices, and a strong background in SSP compliance within secure environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph is required.
• Hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cisco networking equipment.
• Hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting Arista networking equipment.
• Experience supporting routers, switches, firewalls, and cryptographic devices.
• Familiarity with SSP compliance requirements for network devices.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to OCONUS locations.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test networking equipment in laboratory environments prior to deployment.
• Support equipment fielding and testing at remote locations and at NBP 320.
• Troubleshoot operational network issues and perform system upgrades.
• Maintain System Security Plan (SSP) compliance and related documentation.
• Collaborate with Government civilian leads, contractor engineers, and operational customers.
