Wyetech, LLC seeks a Network Systems Engineer to support mission-critical operations in a high-tempo, data-driven environment. You will monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot distributed network and cloud systems, ensuring availability, performance, and security for national intelligence missions.

Role emphasizes incident response, system architecture, and cross-domain awareness, with a focus on real-time reporting and remediation across IT and security boundaries.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)
• Ten years as a Systems/Network Engineer or related technical role
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or 5 years substitution
• Strong enterprise networking experience (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, segmentation)
• Experience with real-time operations centers (NOC/SOC)
• Experience with monitoring/analytics tools (Splunk/Elastic/Prometheus/SolarWinds)
• Linux/Unix knowledge and scripting (Bash, Python)
• Cloud networking concepts (VPCs, subnets, routing, load balancing, security groups)
• Incident response workflows in classified environments
• Clear technical communication in time-sensitive contexts
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work both independently and in multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Monitor and sustain high-availability network and cloud infrastructure
• Analyze traffic, logs, and telemetry to detect anomalies and impacts
• Provide real-time situational awareness and reporting
• Triage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate response
• Recommend remediation actions with clear context
• Maintain awareness of evolving network architectures and cloud capabilities
• Develop system diagrams, specs, and engineering documentation
• Support integration of new technologies into operations
• Coordinate with teams to resolve dependencies and risks
• Verify system performance and documentation
• Contribute to configuration management and traceability
• Support continuous improvement of reliability and security
