Wyetech, LLC seeks an experienced Network Engineer (Level 2) to support mission-critical government network infrastructure in Texas, with occasional travel to Maryland. The role focuses on Cisco and Arista devices, secure network architectures, and SSP compliance.

Responsibilities include configuration management, troubleshooting, upgrades, and sustainment, while coordinating with EHSC teams and Government stakeholders to maintain network performance and security across LAN/CAN/WAN environments.

Formación

Extensive hands‑on experience configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and sustaining Cisco networking equipment.
Extensive hands‑on experience configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and sustaining Arista networking equipment.
Experience supporting network infrastructure throughout the engineering lifecycle, including design, implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and operational sustainment.
Familiarity with LatteArt and its use in supporting network equipment and related compliance activities.
Experience supporting STE/STN requirements and System Security Plan (SSP) compliance for network devices.
Experience supporting secure networking environments and implementing applicable DoD and IC security requirements.
Experience administering and troubleshooting LANs, CANs, and WANs.
Experience configuring, integrating, testing, deploying, and maintaining network devices, interfaces, and related technologies.
Knowledge of IP networking, routing, switching, and network protocols.
Experience diagnosing and resolving network incidents, connectivity problems, and performance deficiencies.
Experience analyzing network traffic and performance data to identify latency and throughput issues.
Experience using network monitoring and diagnostic tools to assess system performance.
Experience maintaining network configurations, documentation, diagrams, and accreditation artifacts.
Understanding of network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, encryption, and secure connectivity.
Experience coordinating with network operations, systems engineers, stakeholders.
Ability to provide hands‑on hardware troubleshooting at Texas locations.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Maryland.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Must possess an IAT Level II baseline certification under DoD 8570.01‑M.
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.

Responsabilidades

Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and sustain Cisco and Arista network devices.
Perform configuration changes, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, configuration, and connectivity issues.
Support installation, integration, testing, and deployment of network equipment.
Design and optimize network configurations for reliability, security, and performance.
Provide hands‑on hardware support at Texas locations as directed by EHSC teams.
Coordinate with Government personnel and stakeholders to resolve incidents.
Support replacement, convergence, and cutovers with minimal disruption.
