Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer - Machine Learning to join the Space Ground Systems Engineering team in Huntsville, AL or Colorado Springs, CO. You will bridge systems engineering, physics, and machine learning to design track fusion pipelines, develop threat-assignment algorithms, and conduct deep sensitivity analyses across complex architectures.

You must have a strong math/physics background, be proficient in Python and/or C++, and hold an active U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret clearance required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
• Strong foundation in applied math, physics, and programming.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++, PyTorch (or TensorFlow), and experience with GPUs.

Responsibilities

• Bridge systems engineering, applied physics, and ML to solve missile defense problems.
• Design track-fusion pipelines, threat-assignment algorithms, and sensitivity analyses.
• Prototype and model using Python/C++ for non-customer-facing work.
• Integrate low-level physics inputs with high-level mission outputs.
