Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Systems Engineer - Missile Defense to join our team in Huntsville, AL or Colorado Springs, CO. You will design track-fusion pipelines, build threat-assignment algorithms, and perform rigorous analyses across complex architectures using Python or C++.

You must have 5+ years of relevant engineering experience, an active U.S. Secret clearance, and a strong background in applied mathematics, physics, and programming. Military or defense ops experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance required.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Degree in a quantitative field (Aerospace, Math, Physics, EE).
• Strong foundation in applied mathematics, physics, and programming.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++ for modeling and algorithm development (robust coding).

Responsibilities

• Design track-fusion pipelines and threat-assignment algorithms.
• Develop and validate algorithms for missile defense using Python/C++.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and explore system performance under uncertainty.
• Prototype modeling and verification for non-customer-facing simulations.
• Bridge physics/threat intelligence inputs to mission-level outputs.
