Job summary

Anduril Industries in Colorado Springs and Huntsville seeks a Systems Engineer - Missile Defense to bridge systems engineering, applied math, and algorithm development. You will design track-fusion pipelines, develop threat-assignment algorithms, and perform sensitivity analyses across architectures using Python/C++.

Applicants should have 5+ years of engineering experience, a relevant engineering degree, and an active U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret clearance required and maintained.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Degree in a quantitative field (Aerospace, Math, Physics, EE).
• Strong math/physics and programming skills.
• Python and/or C++ for modeling and algorithms.
• Experience with missile defense concepts and sensor processing.

Responsibilities

• Design track-fusion pipelines and threat-assignment algorithms.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses across architectures.
• Prototype in Python/C++ for modeling and verification.
• Bridge physics/threat inputs to mission outputs.
• Collaborate with systems engineering and mission teams.
