Brinkmann Constructors is seeking a seasoned MEP Superintendent to lead field execution on mission‑critical projects in Phoenix. You will supervise mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and low‑voltage systems from rough‑in through turnover, ensuring safety, quality, and uptime.

You will coordinate with project managers, trade partners, and commissioning teams, develop look‑ahead schedules, and mentor field personnel to drive consistency and technical excellence on complex builds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years supervising MEP-intensive or mission-critical construction projects.
• Mechanical or Electrical degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant trade experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction and MEP documents.

Responsabilités

• Champion Brinkmann’s safety culture across all MEP scopes, enforcing safety standards and jobsite discipline.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and corrective actions for MEP activities.
• Enforce strict quality control standards aligned with mission-critical performance requirements.
• Lead day-to-day field execution of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, fire protection, and low-voltage systems.
• Coordinate detailed installation sequencing and system interdependencies.
• Identify and resolve constructability issues related to MEP systems early.
• Oversee system testing, start-up, commissioning support, and turnover activities.
• Coordinate with commissioning agents, owners, designers, and trade partners to ensure systems meet performance and redundancy criteria.
