Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience in a Mission Critical environment.
• Proven knowledge of construction processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, basic Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of job site including scheduling and procurement.
• Direct procurement of tools and materials for the project.
• Ensure all parties are updated on construction issues and progress.
• Work with project manager to prepare the Project Management Plan.
