Job summary

Higley Construction seeks an MEP Construction Superintendent to lead all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and specialty systems on assigned projects. You will serve as the primary field representative for building systems coordination, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

You will mentor Project Engineers and Superintendents, drive BIM/VDC integration, and coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to deliver fully commissioned,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent field experience considered.
• Journeyman certification or formal trade training in MEPF preferred.
• 15-20+ years of construction experience with increasing field leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all MEPF and specialty systems construction activities.
• Manage day-to-day field operations to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
