Job summary

Brinkmann Constructors is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee safety, quality, and on-site operations for large commercial projects in Phoenix. You will collaborate with the project team to enforce procedures, review shop drawings, and manage subcontractor activities while maintaining client relationships.

Ideal candidates will have 0–3 years of experience or a related degree, strong communication skills, and experience with Procore, P6, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Requires 0–3 years? experience or an engineering/construction management degree.
• Experience implementing safety protocols on construction sites.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, P6 and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute and enforce safety standards on site and conduct safety inspections and audits.
• Enforce quality standards and conduct quality control audits.
• Assist in managing contractual requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain construction documents, review and coordinate shop drawings and submittals.
• Read blueprints/specifications to determine construction requirements and plan procedures.
• Inspect work progress and sites to ensure specifications are met.
• Assist in close-out processes including punch lists and turnover.
