Job summary

Leidos is seeking Mission Managers in Northern Virginia for a long-term contract that supports national security objectives. Candidates must have or be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and be willing to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift, including weekends and holidays.

Mission Managers coordinate, resource and oversee persistent collection operations across in-house and dispersed teams, making fast, multi-factor decisions under stress while communicating clearly with the broader

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Intelligence (includes LEO, FBI, USSS and etc...) or DoD experience required.
• Candidates must have a valid driver's license with real ID.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 to 20 years of full‑time professional experience. Master’s degree is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, resourcing and oversee the execution of persistent collection operations, working with in‑house and geographically dispersed elements.
• Make complex, multi‑factor decisions under extreme stress and communicate them clearly.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support the mission objectives.
