Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with mechanical building systems emphasis.
• 3–5 years of experience designing mechanical systems for high-performing commercial, industrial or data center facilities.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Trane Trace and Pipeflow.
• Knowledge of building, mechanical and energy codes.
• Ability to travel to client sites and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently support the project team during design and construction stages.
• Design air distribution, hydronic and automated temperature control systems.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and owners on drawings and specs.
• Attend client meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee mechanical design review.
