Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) seeks an experienced Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to support the NMCC in the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. The role involves cybersecurity engineering, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation across HBSS, ACAS, and Tenable/Nessus environments.

The successful candidate will have an active TS/SCI clearance, Security+ certification, and 5+ years of relevant experience, with on-site work and flexible hours to support mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• At least five years of relevant systems-engineering experience.
• Experience administering and securing HBSS, ACAS, ePO, Tenable SecurityCenter, or Nessus environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide cybersecurity and security-engineering services, including system security engineering and risk assessments.
• Perform and review technical security assessments of computing environments.
• Identify vulnerabilities and cybersecurity risks and recommend mitigations.
• Build and patch HBSS Windows servers and ACAS Red Hat servers.
• Configure and manage McAfee policies and Tenable/Nessus scanners.
• Document solutions and communicate findings to technical and government stakeholders.
