EMCOR Government Services seeks a Contract Maintenance Manager (CMM) to lead the 24/7 operations and maintenance program for Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and building automation systems, and you will have full authority on daily contract performance.

The role requires CHFM certification, 5+ years in healthcare facility O&M, and experience with TJC, NFPA, EPA, OSHA compliance.

Qualifikationen

• On-site availability during normal duty hours; reachable 24/7/365.
• CHFM certification by ASHE is required.
• Minimum 5 years of medical/healthcare facility O&M experience with supervision of 24/7 operations.
• Experience with Joint Commission (TJC) compliance and EOC/LS documentation.

• Lead a multidisciplinary O&M organization for hospital facilities.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, quality control, and safety programs.
• Interface with Government leadership and provide operational leadership for 24/7 healthcare facilities.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, EPA, OSHA, ASHE, and DHA policies.
