Job summary

EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Hospital Contract Maintenance Manager for the Operations and Maintenance Services at the 96th Medical Group, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The CMM will oversee day-to-day facilities management of a medical treatment facility and supervise a diverse team to ensure contract performance.

Responsibilities include on-call support 24/7, safety and quality compliance, preventive maintenance scheduling, and coordination with customer Facility Management.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in ambulatory care and medical facility operations.
• Five years’ experience servicing/renovating commercial buildings, supervising diverse workforces.
• Familiar with healthcare codes, JC, NFPA, EPA, OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day onsite facilities management for a medical treatment facility.
• Lead a diverse team of managers, foremen, technicians, and staff.
• Be on call 24/7/365 for facility emergencies.
