The successful candidate will manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring the construction of high-performance facilities. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related fields, along with a strong understanding of critical facility needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in design and construction management.
• Direct experience with critical facility projects.
• Experience in reading/interpreting construction drawings from all disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Project management and oversight of construction activities for new builds.
• Ownership of project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and issue the RFI/RFQ process for vendor engagement.
