Job summary

CMI Management LLC, now part of the Dexterra Group, seeks a Facility Project Manager to oversee 24/7 Stationary Engineers at a Gaithersburg, MD site. You will ensure staffing, monitor maintenance, and coordinate with the customer to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.

Candidates should have a minimum of five years managing similar projects and experience with mission-critical government operations, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; BA degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience managing service or construction projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
• Experience managing mission critical (24/7) government operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet cost, performance, and schedule requirements while handling service requests and emergencies.
• Ensure Stationary Engineer roles are staffed for all shifts.
• Communicate project and staffing status with the customer.
• Inspect preventive maintenance, identify poor performance, train personnel, and update manuals monthly.
• Oversee operations, staffing, and performance to meet customer guidelines with quality and cost efficiency.
• Measure productivity and quality, set standards, and develop improvement programs.
• Ensure corrective actions meet contract performance.
