Qualifications

• Experience with mission critical facilities, data centers, or MEPT-heavy projects.
• Willing to relocate and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team in the field, ensuring safety, financial performance, and timely completion.
• Coordinate staff development and serve as liaison between office and field.
• Develop project chart of accounts, status reports, and site logistics plans.
• Oversee pay applications and monitor project costs and forecasts.
• Support bidding efforts and ensure adherence to safety and quality programs.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners.
