Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Superintendent for our national Mission Critical Business Unit to provide on-site supervision and quality control for complex design/build data center construction projects. You will manage field operations, review drawings, and respond to scope changes while safeguarding safety, quality, schedule and cost targets.

The role requires leading subcontractors, maintaining budgets, and coordinating with clients across national projects valued from $20 million to over $200 million.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of life sciences construction management experience on $30M+ projects.
• 3-15 years in highly technical commercial/industrial construction management, $50M+ projects, ideally with design-build experience.
• Ability to supervise construction employees within budget and schedule.
• Strong safety and quality track record.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision and quality control for field operations and design/build projects.
• Review documents and respond to scope modification evaluations.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives are met.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction teams to meet budget and schedule.
