Job summary

Clayco is seeking a seasoned construction leader to oversee field operations and drive site execution for large-scale projects. You will manage subcontractors, field engineering, cost and schedule controls, and ensure safety and compliance across all activities.

The role requires 20–25 years of experience in civil/construction management, OSHA 30, and strong coordination with client teams. Travel to nationwide sites is expected as projects span North America.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
  • 20–25 years of relevant experience with progressive responsibility.
  • OSHA 30 certification and ability to walk job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee on-site construction activities and supervise field teams.
  • Ensure operations comply with design, specs, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and implement safety, environmental, and quality plans.
  • Coordinate with project management and clients; maintain daily field reports.
  • Lead subcontractor management and site logistics for large-scale projects.
