Job summary

Overwatch Mission Critical is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction programs for data center facilities. You will oversee project controls, change management, budgeting, subcontractor oversight, and safety compliance on active sites.

The role requires 2+ years in construction PM, preferred mission-critical data center experience, and a bachelor's in construction management or related field. On-site work at various locations with strong communication and safety focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience in mission-critical data center construction preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project controls, documentation, and RFIs.
• Manage change orders and liaison between field teams and owner.
• Assist in budgeting and Schedule of Values submission.
• Provide supervision for subcontractors to meet project goals.
• Support Quality & Safety compliance per NFPA 70E/OSHA.
• Lead project closeout with final documentation to owner.
