Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager I for our National Mission Critical team. You will oversee project administration, schedules, costs, contracts and reports under supervision, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver critical facilities.

The role emphasizes preconstruction, QA/QC, commissioning processes, risk management and strong leadership in budget decisions. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Experience with mission critical data centers and MEP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned project team members and subcontractors.
• Cultivates and grows project owner relationships and relationships with all professional groups involved.
• Engages in preconstruction including bidding procedures, qualifications, estimating and scheduling.
• Manages Quality Assurance/Quality Control and commissioning.
• Leads in project risk evaluation, contract negotiations and budget decisions.
• Travels as needed for projects.
• Prepares and manages project budgets and schedules.
• Leads construction progress meetings.
• Oversees design development.
