Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our National Mission Critical team in the United States. You will oversee administration of projects, coordinating schedules, budgets, contracts, and reporting under supervision.

The role emphasizes leadership in risk assessment, QA/QC, and commissioning, with travel as needed. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of commercial construction experience, with strong proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manages project team members and subcontractors.
• Cultivate owner relationships with project stakeholders.
• Engage in preconstruction activities: bidding procedures, reviews, qualifications, estimating, and scheduling.
• Lead QA/QC and commissioning processes.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
• Travel as needed for projects.
• Prepare and manage budgets and schedules.
• Lead construction progress meetings.
• Oversee design development.
