Job summary

MCL Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead mission critical and data center projects, from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll own budgets, schedules, and risk management while coordinating with owners, engineers, and trade partners to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial construction, including 3+ years as a Project Manager.
• Experience leading $10M–$50M+ mission critical or data center projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission critical and data center projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Own budgets, forecasting, contracts, change management, and cost control.
• Build and manage project schedules with zero tolerance for slippage.
• Partner with Superintendents and trade partners to sequence critical systems.
• Lead OAC meetings and coordinate with owners, engineers, and trades.
• Drive commissioning, QA/QC, and risk management for mission critical infra.
• Manage security, access control, and safety in active or classified environments.
• Develop Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
