Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager focusing on Mission Critical Data Center projects within our Community Development Group. You will lead project design and construction administration for large data center programs across North America, coordinating with clients, sub-consultants, and internal teams.

The role requires a minimum of eight years in engineering or planning, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant discipline.
Strong understanding of civil systems and project document production.
Ability to lead teams through all phases of project delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication and client interfacing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software.
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and consultants.

Responsibilities

Lead project management and coordinate civil site design services for data center projects.
Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and internal teams across regions.
Manage project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule.
Provide QA/QC on projects and mentor junior staff.
Lead coordination meetings and develop project documentation.
