Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead multiple live-data center projects across US campuses, including equipment upgrades and new builds. The role requires coordinating with Real Estate, Legal, EH&S, Energy, Construction, Network and Operations teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in data center construction, strong MEP knowledge, and experience reading complex drawings. This on-site role is based in Sparks, NV.

Qualifications

• 8+ years demonstrated ability as a data center construction project manager.
• Experience leading architects, engineers and consultants from programming to completion.
• Strong background in data center, commercial/industrial construction including MEP and TI.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data center construction projects within live production environments.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Legal, EH&S, Energy, Construction, Network and Operations teams.
• Provide input on design and constructibility and manage project schedules.
• Lead budgeting, bidding and negotiation with General Contractors and vendors.
